Apostle Sceon Leslie founded ACTS Community Worship Centre in Hamilton, Ontario. Born out of intercession in October 2013, ACTS carries a mandate to activate, train, teach, equip and empower believers to advance the Kingdom of God in their sphere of influence.
RAISING TRANSFORMERS AND REFORMERS
Her ministry reaches across the seven mountains of society: religion, family, government, education, business, media, and arts and entertainment. She travels locally and internationally, teaching, preaching, prophesying and ministering through impartation and the laying on of hands.
A kingdom activator, trailblazer and glory carrier, she ministers in the power of the Holy Spirit through deliverance, healing, baptism in the Holy Spirit, signs, wonders and miracles. Her message echoes the call: “Prepare the way of the Lord.”

Graduate of World Impact Bible Institute and a former student of Kingdom Covenant Leadership Institute.
Former board member of Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Centre.
Licensed chaplain with the Canadian International Chaplaincy Association, accredited by the United Nations Economic and Social Council.
Member of the Most Distinguished Order of Kingdom Ambassadors and WOLMI-ICC, and a UN Peace Ambassador.
FAITH AND FAMILY
Sceon is married to Fitzroy Leslie, her husband and armour bearer. Their family includes four children—Tania, Shauntee, D’andre and Lilly—three grandsons, Malachi, Carmello and Darius, and their son-in-love, Mark.
Her desire is to honour God the Father in all she does, see people come to Christ and live victoriously, and raise the next apostolic generation to transform communities and nations. She is a woman of worship and prayer who loves God and His people.
